Last year my mom and I planted a vegetable garden in her backyard. It was okay. We tried to plant too many things in a tiny little spot. It was a learning experience though. Recently we purchased a piece of land behind our house, a little over half an acre. I decided to try the vegetable garden again. I am creating this blog so I can write down thoughts, errors and just for fun. It may be crazy boring, maybe not.
So, we are collecting egg cartons to get the seeds started. I will be working on them later today with Aryanna, my daughter. First we have to run to Home Depot and get some more seeds.
I have tons of questions and will make mistakes. Whoever is following, if anyone, let me know my mistakes or a better way. I'm all about growing the most productive garden! I can't stand buying vegetables from the local grocery store here. AHH! Don't get me started on that....
